main part in the human body that is a liver :)
because all hormonums moving first to it and only after that in else parts of your body :) yes, and in part about which you are thought first :)
and what it mean ?
yes, of course you are right :) if you are smoking, drinking a lot(or regularly-what the same for your body), eating a lot fat food(or McDonalds and Coka-Cola too)
