It's a quote from somewhere, maybe Tolstoy, definitely not Lenin or Stalin, although they say Stalin had beautiful brown eyes and sang like a troubador.

I agree with your opinion regarding the inner power and beauty that our eyes often portrait clearly. I would make a little correction here, as a professional translator, the word for the "mirror" here would be the "reflection" in Russian written translation, as the mirror itself is an unpersonified metaphoric object, rather than an action in progress as the subject of comparison.
Eyes are the reflection of our soul, but what happens when we wear contacts?:)

Thanks for the subtle correction. Hey, who's knocking witches? Several of my best women friends have been members of the Witches Union. One of them now with two kids and a very rich husband has to be blocked on my phone line because of the language she uses, and drop-dead gorgeous at that. She told her husband she wants to visit me and bring the kids. If she did I'd call the cops.

Vix, you are really such a smart girl. Have you written anything? I think you'd be good.
How can you say you don't like Russian writers, especially Chekhov?

A woman I know wears contacts but hates them so she might show up in her glasses, which really look great on her.

Is all your photography digital? My friend, a professional says the digital is approaching even the finest artistic film, except for black and white which he loves, fooling around with all sorts of tints.

Well, I think the most important about a woman, is...

she is a woman .... ;)

But her eyes, her smile - you can tell a lot from that. You can see if her smile is warm and real. You can see her intelligence and sincerity in her eyes.

Then, long hair, nice hands, nice body, nice dress - I like skirts...maybe they are easier to handle??

In the end - it is not just one thing, but the complete package that has to fit to your taste :)

Well to start out a wonderful personality is a must...The eyes normally tell her tale of honesty,and last but not least how her hygine is nobody wants a woman that looks like a half made bed (atleast I dont).
