I致e always wanted to go to Cartagena ever since a friend told me all about it when he attended a romance singles tour there. Luckily enough, I managed to get enough time off, and I値l be going there with my girlfriend. We池e very excited about it, as this is the first time we値l be going on an international trip together.
Regarding our transportation, we池e planning on renting a car, so that we can really take our time getting around. But I知 just not sure if foreigners are allowed to do it. Do I need additional requirements to rent a car in a foreign country? We値l be staying for about two weeks. How much do you think it値l cost all in all? Any suggestions who and where to contact?
