The answer--because it does not!! The country Botswana ( in Africa ) apparently has 38 % of the population infected. Africa is the world hotspot for HIV/Aids,and has been for 20 years. Get your facts straight,man

That's what I say, he meant "Eastern Europe" (perhaps for some people the World is Eastern Europe, at least, for the Aztecs, the "Only World" was Central Mexico... everything is relative.)
