 How not to become Internet addicted?

I have deal with Internet not a long time, but feel that I'm longed to it like drugs. What should I do not to become Internet addicted?

Try to have more real life. Kiev is a nice city with nice people. I can compare Kiev with Paris. And there are alots young good men, who are hardworking , sinsie, with family fvalues in Kiev. Belive me they are better !

Thank you, Sveta, I try do this but why I'm still here? I'm sociable person and meet lots of people in my life. But I can't meet a man I wanted to be with. So Inernet became my last hope.

Hello, Do you have a computer at home? I understand that the Internet Cafes are popular over there. If you have it in your home, the addiction can be even harder to break.

Keep in mind, as long as the addiction does not interfear with the other important things in your life, it is not all together a bad thing. There is a lot of good things on the internet, and you can meet a whole world of people and learn about them and thier culture. That can be a very good thing. Just keep your priorities straight and you will be just fine.
